4th of July White Chocolate Fruit Tarts with Torani

Updated: Sep 5, 2019

One of my favorite holidays is coming up, The 4th Of July! This holiday is not only great to celebrate our country, but it's the perfect reason to get together with family and friends! I thought this was the perfect occasion to make my fruit cookie tart using my favorite Torani White Chocolate Sauce!

This recipe is super easy, affordable, and a major crowd pleaser! Plus, the Torani White Chocolate Sauce is SO VERSATILE and goes with so many different recipes, and is DELISH in your coffee drinks too! I love Torani flavors because they bring out the best in your drinks + desserts! AND they're made with real, simple ingredients like pure cane sugar & natural flavors! #toraniwhitechocolatesauce

But let's just get started with this easy holiday inspired sugar cookie fruit tart! With a Torani White Chocolate twist of course!

There are many ways to make this recipe, but I'm the kind of gal who decides the day of that "I should make a quick dessert to bring!"

Let's start with what you need for the Recipe!

COOKIE TART:

1 package of Store bought sugar cookie dough( you can make your own sugar cookie recipe if you'd like! )

TART FILLING/TOPPING:

-3 tablespoons Torani White Chocolate Sauce(more if you like it sweeter)

-16 oz. low fat creme cheese( you can use full fat if you'd like)

-1 cup heavy whipping cream

-1/4 cup powdered sugar

-1 cup fresh strawberries

-1 cup blackberries

-2-3 tablespoons sugar

-fresh mint sprigs

First you are going to make your tarts. I used a mini muffin pan, but if you have tart molds, that would be very cute as well! It depends how much filling you're wanting, and the general outcome that you'd like! But they bake the same!

You'll start out by preheating your oven to 350. You'll then want to roll out the dough. I take 2 pieces of parchment paper and lightly flour in-between the pieces. I then place the dough between the paper, and roll out! This prevents any sticking! It's a LIFE SAVER!

Then you'll cut out your circles. (if you aren't using a mold)You can use a cute cookie cutter, or even the top of a drinking glass. Get creative! Then you will lightly place the dough on top of the muffin hole and let it fall into place. Do not shove it down b/c gravity alone will do the work for you. IF YOU WANT A LARGER OPENING IN YOUR TART, use a regular size muffin pan. I wanted mini tarts, and was ok with there not being much of a center! Using the mini pan makes more of a cookie tart and your filling will be more of a topping! Then bake your tarts!

Now to make this filling! SO EASY!

Take your cream cheese (room temp) and mix it with 2 tablespoons of the Torani White Chocolate Sauce. You can add more , just sweeten until your tastebuds sing the Star Spangled Banner!

Separately take your 1 cup of heavy whipping cream + combine it with your powdered sugar. Then use a mixer on high speed to mix until it becomes the consistency of whipped cream!(that's what you're making!) Then take the 2 mixtures and fold them together! You now have a delicious white chocolate cream cheese whipped filling! YUM OH MY YUM. I then place that into a piping bag to pipe my tarts.

Take those tasty tarts out of the oven to cool, and cut your fruit toppings while you're waiting !

Now it's time to ASSEMBLE THESE HOLIDAY CUTIES!

BEFORE YOU TOP: Take your Torani White Chocolate Sauce and drizzle the top of the tarts. Then pipe on topping to each one of the tarts. Then take your sugar coated fruit and garnish the tarts how ever your heart desires, and finish the garnish with fresh mint! You'll then again drizzle the top of each tart with the Torani White Chocolate Sauce. This is literally the icing on the cake!

I hope you have fun making this fun tart, and be sure to grab the Torani White Chocolate Sauce! They have so many other syrup options as well! You can find them in your local grocery stores, or online at Torani.com ! #toraniwhitechocolatesauce
